A scholarship graduate of Queen's University, Kingston with a major in English Literature and Drama, Ms Kierans has also studied advertising copy writing and magazine journalism. She is a past board member of the Toronto Drama Bench and Toronto Theatre Alliance, has served two terms on the Board of Women in Film and Television-Toronto, and is the former Chair of its Policy and Publications Committee. She is a published journalist and is conversant in both French and Spanish. |
