This area will be for links to sites I like or have found interesting. It's sure to be a pot-pourris of literary, art & history, shopping, humour and gardening links that are, in my mind, worth exploring.
EBooks I don't think books will ever be replaced. Certainly not in my house, where they monopolize every wall, nook and cranny.
But there are compelling reasons why ebooks should also have a place in one's library:
Travel - they're more portable
Research - they're searchable
Accessibility - if you can't hold a book or turn pages, ebooks are a gift from the gods
Variety - you can access individual short stories by your favourite authors
I've been a member of fictionwise.com for 4 years. At first I used them to pick up short stories. Now I subscribe to magazines and buy novels.
